As the calorie intake increases commanded by the late pregnancy stage, the girls have moved to a new paddock with extra protein grass.
When we let them in the new field, they completely ignored the bucket and the feed they normally run to. That’s how much they liked the move.
I sat on the grass to watch them. All their bellies seem bigger today. Maybe it’s the abundance of grass. Maybe they’ll all bring big babies this year.
